Place the peak under or on the area of discomfort. Slowly move side to side until you find a spot that ‘hurts good’.
When you find it, pause. Breathe deeply and stay there for at least 30 seconds, allowing your body to relax.
Do not apply pressure directly to the spine, but you can work close to it.
Use the black model for strong, targeted pressure. The gray model is intended for moderate pressure.
