What’s the difference between the black and gray models?

The black model has a higher peak for deeper, more intense pressure, while the gray model is lower for gentler, less intense relief. Choose based on your pressure preference or sensitivity.

How do I use Unbindr

Simply position the peak under the area of tension, then gently lean your body weight into it. Use against the floor, a wall, a chair, a seat or even while lying in bed.

Can I use Unbindr by myself?

Yes — Unbindr is specifically designed for independent use, allowing you to reach and treat areas that are typically hard to access on your own.

Is it safe for daily use?

Absolutely. You can use Unbindr daily — just listen to your body and adjust pressure as needed. Short to medium, consistent sessions are often the most effective. Having said that, you can make your 'unbinding' sessions as long as you prefer.
